Backlog Killer collects only the information required to deliver your purchase: the name and email address you supply at checkout, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.

Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by the payment provider (Razorpay). We never see or store them on this site.

Your email address is used strictly to send your order confirmation, download link and any important updates about the product you bought. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Order records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by writing to info@backlogkiller.in, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

If you have any question about your data, or want a copy or removal of it, contact us at info@backlogkiller.in and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Backlog Killer is a digital study system licensed for personal use by the purchaser.

Redistribution, resale, uploading to public groups or drives, or any public sharing of the product files is strictly not permitted. Access may be revoked without refund if misuse is detected.

The product provides structure, planning and tracking tools. It does not promise any specific academic result, rank or score — outcomes depend entirely on your own effort and consistency.

Prices, contents and offers may change at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

Backlog Killer is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

Because the product is a downloadable digital file, it cannot be returned once delivered. Please read the product page carefully before purchasing.

You are responsible for entering a correct and working email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a wrong, misspelled, inactive or full email inbox, and such cases do not qualify for a refund. If this happens, email us at info@backlogkiller.in from the correct address with your payment reference and we will try to re-send your files as a goodwill gesture.

We are also not responsible if you do not download the ebook after purchase, or if you lose the downloaded files later. Download links are provided immediately after payment and remain available from your account page; failing to download in time or losing your copy is not grounds for a refund.

The only exception is a duplicate payment or a failed payment that was still charged. In that case email info@backlogkiller.in with the payment reference within 7 days and we will verify and refund the extra amount to the original payment method.
